Following a busy day of press and appearances, Gwen Stefani changed into a short and sexy minidress for a night out on the town in London. Gwen and No Doubt are currently overseas meeting with fans and promoting their just-released album, Push and Shove. Before jetting off to Europe, the band pretaped two appearances that appeared this week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Gwen and the guys talked with Ellen about raising kids and debuted a new song from the record, "Looking Hot." No Doubt hasn't announced any tour plans but is headlining six upcoming shows at LA's Gibson Amphitheatre, with tickets on sale later today.
